On the Way

It seems like time for a Boz photo, doesn't it?

This is a close-up of the space between the bucket seats in the "big car." That's the car where the jump from the curb isn't too far for an old dog and there's room in the back for his bed. But the front entices him. He likes to be with his people. So he puts his face on the CD rack, and my sweatshirt provides a cushion.

  1. It's always time for a Boz photo, Petrea.
    What a cutie he is.

  2. Does he enjoy car rides? Most dogs will have their face smack up against the window or out, feeling the wind... Sweet photo of that guy!.

  3. Dive, maybe I'll post another one tomorrow.

He doesn't really like riding in the car, KBF. In my car, he can see out the window but he often just lies down and waits until it's over. In John's, he's on the floor in the back and can't see out. He is a destination guy, not crazy about the journey.

  4. If you say, "It's a journey, not a destination,"does he growl?

  5. Cliff, Boz is a taciturn pooch. He lets us know his feelings in less vocal ways.

  6. Lovely Boz! Super CDP article about TheChieftess and your visit. Most enjoyable to read. Just off to read about your day out with Adele - just got a glimpse of that Library box. Looks fun. Busy, busy, busy :).

  7. On your way to Mammoth Lakes, right? So cute. Our Golden Retriever used to do the same thing.

It's about my visit with The Chieftess at Mammoth Lakes.

You've got that right, Lowell. This is before I got up to the snow!

  9. How sweet that you give the baby a soft sweater to lean his head on, and that he likes to me as close to you as possible. But you need to shave your arms, Petrea.

  10. Delightful Boz photo. He looks amazingly relaxed and comfortable in that small space between the seats. I hope you got the CDs you wanted out of the rack before you started the drive, as who would want to disturb such an adorable pooch!

  11. Bellis, that was my best laugh of the day.

Sometimes, Katie, we can skip the music for the pooper.

  12. He looks so sweet in that photo. I wonder if he's thinking: "Are we there yet??"

  13. I don't think he wonders, Ms. M. He figures out we're "there" when it smells good.

  14. Kelly would love to have a spot like this so she can be close to her people too!!!

  15. And who wouldn't want a muzzle nuzzle from Boz?

  16. To add to Bellis' comments, not only do you need to start shaving your arms, but just a clue that cargo shorts make most women's thighs look rather puffy. Not that I'd suggest your thighs are puffy.

Boz looks like he is more than happy to be between you two on your ride. Hope he had a good time with Kelly too!

  17. I suppose you all want me to give John photo credit on this, too, but I'm not going to do it.
