Ah, sun, coffee, California...I want to be right there where he is and doing just the same thing! (And yes, so true re: historic mansions along the Hudson Valley - I also sadly hear many have seen better days, the Vanderbilt site is luckier than most, alas.)

I like this moment, too. Even if they don't know each other and are only sharing a table, they're still sharing.

Good eye, PA, I never even noticed it. I assume you know where I stood when I took the picture. It might be easy to look at it from the outside. I wonder if we could get an invitation to snoop around inside.
