WHY:
Coming to a Fork in the road and deciding which way to go is a metaphor for change. As Yogi Berra would say, “When you come to a fork in the road, take it! The Fork Foundation is exactly that, our mission statement is to provide change and reach out to the community where there is a need. Community has no boundaries or borders.  We want to help change the lives of these families and help them get back on their feet after this devastating loss.

Such a heartbreaking tragedy. It's great to know about this opportunity to help. Thanks for posting about it. That's the perfect photo to reflect the community's gratitude post-Station Fire.

You're welcome. I got a press released and thought I'd put the information out there.

Another option (always check, but from what I can tell it's reputable, and goes directly to the families) is http://yarnellfallenfirefighters.com/to-donate/ and they take paypal.

These brave young firefighters made only around $30K a year.
