As usual, I'm intrigued by the window display at Pink Plum Antiques and Collectibles on East Colorado Blvd. I can identify most of the items here but what are those colorful little fluff-mice thingies? It matters not. I need them.
Stop by Litfest today if you have a chance. It's free, it's at Central Park just south of Castle Green and I will be there at least until 1:00--longer, if I'm still standing. I'm a Litfest volunteer so I might even have a name tag. Say hello!

Of course you need them. There will come a time that they will come in handy, and you will be glad that you got them while you still had the chance.
Enjoy Litfest. Seems that the rain will stay away this time.
Whatever they are, I agree ~ you need them. One can never have too many fluff-mice thingies. I hope you had a lovely time at Litfest.
Adele, we have our morning gloom and I can't see the mountains. But I'm sure, like yesterday and the day before, by 9:00 or so the mist will be gone and we'll have a warm, sunny day.
Shell, it hasn't happened yet but I will have a lovely time. One of these days I'll come to Australia and then I'll know what time it is there and maybe even what day.
Funky window display. And I like the reflection of the brick building across the street. I'm not positive, but those "mice" look suspiciously like, um, colorfully dyed, um. You know.
They do look like mice. Kitty cat toys. I plan to get to Litfest at some point. I hope it's when you're still there.
I think the little puffy mice-like thingies are all connected...maybe for decorations in your house along with that beautiful fan, umbrella thingy!!!
Have fun today Petrea!
What fun to look at. Wonderful!
Oh gosh, Katie has expressed exactly what I was thinking!
Hope you enjoy Litfest. Next year, I hope you'll be on the stage as a published author.
Well, thanks, Katie, now I guess I don't need them!
Just got back from Litfest. I am worn out! Susan and I ran into each other. She had Tommy with her (her darling dog, whom I love) and they sat with me while I had lunch. We even ran into a guy she knew from the Pasadena Humane Society, who remembered both her dogs (Tommy and Louise).
Now I'm home and I'm exhausted. But it was fun. Bellis, I hope you're right, because next year I don't want to be on my feet so much!
Next year stage for you, I hope.
Mousiekins - do get them. They are too cute. And they might come in handy should you ever decide to take up the clarinet.
Roberta, you should be up there, too. I'd love a local authors stage. I think it would be just the thing to make it really Pasadena's festival.
I haven't planned on taking up the clarinet, but never say never.
Love the eclectic window display, and the reflection of the buildings across the street. I'd like to see some of those mousie things up close. But I do see Katie's point :-)
Glad you had a good day at Litfest -- and we hope you're on stage next year, talking about your new book!
I didn't see it until Katie brought it up but now, of course...
Thank you, Ms. M, for your support.
That picture is so fun!
Thank you!
I like!
Thanks, Ibarionex, I like this one, too!
