Zen Monday: #63
Zen Monday is the day you experience the photo and give us your thoughts rather than me telling you what the photo's about. I look for something worth thinking about or, failing that, at least something odd.
As I post each new Zen Monday photo, I'll add a label to last week's to identify it if necessary (if I know what it is).

Tree Surgeons.
Gary the Gopher scratched his head. How on earth did they expect those gloves to fit him?
Twine flu prevention
Dear Petrea, the photo is like my feelings today.
Smurf burial ground.
so THAT's where gloves come from!
my mother always said it was the pharmacy!
A bird in a hand is worth two in a glove.
Blatant disregard.
Ah...litter, still a prominent feature in our lives.
Gordon Groundsquirrel was sure his blue glove display would attract the girls.
Authorities were saddened to find what was left of the Blue Man Group after a tragic attempt at a new skit.
I can't think of a single good reason why those should be there. And I can think of plenty of nefarious reasons why they might be!
The rubber glove tree was chopped down before its time.
Two by two, hands of blue.
(P. - Even more obscure than usual.)
How many proctologists does it take to defoliate a Victory Garden?
Turn your head and cough while I count.
See, don't get us Browncoats started with this! "Two by two, hands of blue" indeed. Seriously, though, I wish that this were the worst that one could find in our wilderness right now: blue gloves pale in comparison to acres of burned-out scrub and forest.
I want to take the path down the center of the picture, though, and see where it goes...
On Mondays I check in periodically and giggle, resisting a response so as not to influence what people say. I always enjoy Zen Mondays; whatever you say is a delight. I have my favorites (which I won't divulge)--you make me laugh and think and wonder, thank you very much.
Don't you all just want to know what nefarious things Becky's thinking of?
Good night, everyone. I'm off to search for something weird for next week.
Oh I had to look up Cliff's reference, as usual. Obscure, schmobscure, I gotchyer web right here.
OMG those are rubber gloves! I'm freaked for some reason. Ewwww! Sorry, no Zenness from moi!

PS Tree surgeons is pretty funny though! :) OK J+P and Hiker made me LOL. I"m over the phobia thing but can't hold a candle to the other commenters.
Virginia, sometimes I take a plastic grocery bag when I'm hiking so I can pick up trash. But I didn't have one with me this time and I didn't want to touch these anyway. Next time I walk this trail, which is a bit hidden, I'll take a trash bag and dog-poo bags to protect my hands, in case the gloves are still there.
did you hear that one?
I was too late to hear it, Fraz. Didn't see any bear poo, either.
Love your Zen Mondays. The comments are so clever.
