Blessed be.

  1. As Jewish Israelis we usually feel like that on Christmas, looking at the nice customs from just beyond the fence.

Peace and blessings to you and John this day.

Thanks, Dina. I have long felt this way about all holidays, whether I celebrate them or not.

KBF, I'll bet he's more nervous than you are.

  8. Fir trees for two weeks' use everywhere, Bob. We don't have to go far to get them (the mountains are right here) but I hope people don't do that. These look like farmed trees, and to me that's better for the planet than going out and chopping them.

    Thank you, Ms M!

  10. It was hot here in the south today, Hiker. We drove up to your neck of the woods for a walk in the Angeles National Forest and boy was that cold! What a difference a mile makes.

    Thank you, Sonia!
