Hi Valladolid, It was! I didn't do a good job of showing the museum grounds here. Behind the top photo you go down some steps where crowds of people enjoyed booths, silent auctions, etc. It was a little like a country fair.
I love Dianne's dress. When I was a kid I dreamed, begged and pleaded for a dress like. They were sold at Sonny's in S Pas back in the early 70's. Takes me back.
Princess has a wonderful sense of style. She wore an owl atop a graduation cap at the Arroyo Seco event at Caltech a few weeks ago. You can't beat that.
Sounds like an interesting event to attend to.
