Summer Cabin
It's been cloudy and Octoberish for a few days. I'm not a fan of cold weather. I tried to come up with a picture that would give you an idea of how it feels to me, but I changed my mind. I'd rather look at this.
That looks like a nice place for a walk or hike; for taking photos. It's sunny and in the 70s with a gentle breeze. We have picnic lunches in our backpacks. And there aren't any psycho hillbillies, although we may run into Hugh Jackman along the way. :-)
What a delightful looking get-away cabin! Any chance there's a hot tub and wine cellar? That would help on these chilly nights before the weather turns really warm.
Hugh's a bit too young...Colin...getting better... but my fantasy boyfriend is Liam Neeson!!! With Harrison Ford and Denzel Washington as runners up!!!
This looks a bit wild! The trees are bent in so many directions, as if the wind was constantly swirling around them.
ReplyDeleteOooh aaah--works for me!
ReplyDeleteIt's a fantasy of mine to have a place like this to sneak off to.
ReplyDeleteSnow...yeah...it snowed again last night...
ReplyDeleteOoooh, psycho hillbilly territory. Looks like a great place to make a "spam in a cabin" movie.
ReplyDeleteA little out of the way place!

Sorry about the snow, Chieftess.
ReplyDeleteDive, that's going to change my fantasy.
Virginia, it's just a short hike away from town.
Tell you what Petrea, you can have it when it's warm and sunny, and I'll take over when it's cold and blowy and maybe a little wet.
ReplyDeleteAs long as we're indulging fantasies.
jmgrimes, that would be sweet. Can I spend time, too?
ReplyDeleteWait. Yes, but. I want a fire in the fireplace on chilly nights.

ReplyDelete....or maybe Colin Firth....
ReplyDeleteOr maybe 7 dwarfs returning from a day in the Dawn gold mine? Your photo makes it look so romantic and isolated.
ReplyDeleteI thought about it for a while. I can't think of anyone better than Colin Firth or Hugh Jackman. They're superb.
ReplyDeleteSurely though, there must be a long list? Just not in my head tonight, apparently.

Oops!!! How could I forget Pierce Brosnan????
ReplyDeleteOr, as long as we are traveling this road, Denzel or Antonio? Nah, I'll stick with JM.
ReplyDeleteA number 2 and legal pad is really enticing.
ReplyDeleteThere's a new movie out starting a more current crop: Jamie Foxx and Channing Tatum, speaking of hot tubs and wine cellars.
