Picture Walk

I liked the red and green of yesterday's photo, so I'm continuing the theme.

We're having a walk in Bungalow Heaven. It's a famous neighborhood, so you'd think tourists would be taking pictures there all the time.

Okay, well, that's what I would think.

But I'm usually the only one there taking pictures. I've seen tourists there only on Bungalow Heaven Tour day, which can be super-crowded. Otherwise, it is a pleasant sector of Pasadena for perambulation.

When you live amongst the beauty, sometimes stopping to take pictures, is not a priority. Thank you for taking the pics you do take and share!

Yep, you would think... most don't seem to engage unless reminded... glad u took advantage and I love the colors!.

The colours do match each other perfectly. They remind me of the 'Rum Shacks' you find in Barbados.

Thank you, Trish! It's fun for me.

KBF, some would say I'm less engaged because I'm taking photos instead of just enjoying it. I try to do both. You know the feeling.

Geoff, I've never been to Barbados and I doubt this fence hides a rum shack, but you never know.

Perfect complement of colors and I do love that there's a Bungalow Heaven you can enter at will! Of course, I'm a bit intrigued what's behind that big fence too...:)

Love those slits of light in the shadow, Petrea. You're going to have to find out what's behind the fence now; your public demands it.

Lulu, Bungalow Heaven is an historic neighborhood of beautifully preserved homes, most of them built between 1915-1935. They were modest then, now they're modest but antique and lovely.

I'll peek, Dive. It's probably a yard with tricycles and a dog.

Wear comfortable shoes, Chieftess, and bring your patience! And definitely start early. It gets crowded.

I saw another post you did and I also Google and saw how lovely is that neighborhood.

I'd also love to walk Bungalow Heaven and take photos. I like the streaks of light from the fence painting the ground. Nice photo!
