"This castle is the Chateau de Bon Reve in Sulphur, Louisiana," he says. I worked very hard and hope you enjoy my entry! :)"
Anthony told me that because the Chateau is private property he had some explaining to do in order to gain entry and take the pictures. I'm glad the owners were nice about it! He got two shots on the property. Since only one entry is allowed per person, he chose this as is his contest entry, and allowed me to post the other on my website.
Thank you for your entry, Anthony!

Are you ready for the weekend? It's almost time to vote. The poll will appear at upper left tonight, before I go to bed. Be sure to vote over the weekend for your favorite of this week's entries. Each weekly winner receives a free copy of Camelot & Vine upon publication this month. Publication day, whatever day it turns out to be, will be the final day for entries.
Then
enter the Camelot Where You Are photo contest.
It's easy to enter and anyone can do it. Entry details are here.
The last date for entries will be publication day, but now's the time to send in your photo because the rate of entries is winding down. Camelot Where You Are can be anything--a
sign, a symbol, a plaything--whatever your imagination sees.
Enter! We're having fun!

How cool is this! Everyone out there is sooooo motivated, Petrea, and what a super example is this.
He certainly did work hard to get those photos!. I am impressed!.
I love that you've received entries from so many far-off places.
Anthony's definitely raised the bar with his poster. It's a great entry: who would have thought of looking for Camelot in Sulfur, Louisiana? Still, the Mormons claim that Jesus came to America, so it's plausible that Arthur also headed there. Remembering the muddy chaos of horses and carts whenever he had events at the old Camelot, he built this Latter-Day Camelot with a "brightly lit concrete parking lot that accommodates up to 100 vehicles."
Good morning! Happy Friday, everyone.
I don't know if "everyone" is motivated, LOL, but I am thrilled and honored that people have entered and enjoyed the contest.
I'm impressed, too, KBF. I hope you'll look at Anthony's pic on my website, too. Just click the link and scroll down.
Ann, I think that's a testament to the online community. Anthony and I are Facebook friends, and that's how he found out about the contest.
Bellis, that sounds like the Rose Bowl...
Arthur might have gotten as far as France, at least.
@Petrea: I most certainly looked at the link.. Too bad that parked car was there!. LOL....anywho, the one posted here definitely gave a great Camelot feeling!.

Hi Anthony. I'm glad you're having a good time with this. I sure am! Your area sounds lovely. I'm glad you were able to find Camelot there!
I've been there, Anthony, and you're right, the plantation mansions are vbeautiful.
What a great photo! And kudos to Anthony for talking his way onto this property. Camelot in Louisiana, who knew?!
I helped my honey bunch Anthony take this pic! I'm so excited that he got recognized and I'm sure he is too!! :-)
Katie, I've been saying, Camelot is everywhere. All you have to do is look.
Hi Becci! I was wondering who the assistant was. Nice job, both of you. Thanks for the good work.
Wow!!! That darned bar keeps getting higher and higher!!! Great job Anthony!!!
That's dedication! I'll bet Anthony and Becci had a lot of fun with this. What an impressive view.
Don't forget to vote, everyone! And tell your friends to vote. I want everyone to vote, dammit!
(I would make a terrible politician.)
The poll is up!
Great job, Anthony! Up close, that castle looks so schlocky... Like a miniature golf course or a Chucky Cheese.
This is amazing, and such an effort! Nice work, Anthony and Becci!
That is pretty adorable.
This is a really fun entry. I love that Louisiana sky, and what a great name for a castle. Well done, Anthony!
