Zen Monday: #190

If you're just joining us, here's the deal: Zen Monday is the day when you tell us what the photo's about, rather than me telling you. It's not a test. There is no right answer and as far as I know there's no wrong one, either, but I suppose it could happen.

I've got a terrible sinking feeling.

The gang's all here!... (if sinks and mirrors could talk)

I'm picturing a line of toilets on the other side of the room. Glad you posted the sinks.

I wonder if this is an artist's studio at the Brewery.

And I was wondering if the Green Room was just around the corner.

This is a 2-cup of coffee puzzle. I'll be back. Maybe.

That's a lot of sinks...and no pipes.

Great comments! A bathroom with diversity. Makes me wonder what the other surrounding rooms look like, as well as the building.

No pipes! Margaret, you've missed your calling. (Sleuth.) I took this picture at Pasadena Architectural Salvage, their previous location. I love the place. They've got all kinds of stuff. I recall a row of bathtubs. I don't recall a row of toilets!

Green room at the plumber's convention.

(Faintly, from the auditorium: " … just then, this little apprentice leaned over and says, 'You can’t work on a Findlay sprinkler head with a Langstrom 7″ wrench.' Well this infuriated the supervisor, so he went and got Volume 14 of the Kinsley manual …")

This could be a very cool and eclectic restroom for some very cool and eclectic venue!!!

Margaret, you've got a good eye! I totally missed the fact there were no pipes. I got taken with the funkiness of what I thought was a "real" public bathroom.

I'm late to the party, but at least comments are working for me now.

Anyway, this is what sink shopping was like before the internet...

The party goes on, Unknown. You are never late and you are always welcome.

I remember times before the internet, though I never bought a sink...
