Zen Monday: #184

A little refresher, in case this is your first PDP Zen Monday:
Today's the day you tell us what the photo's about, rather than me telling you. Have at it and have fun.

Trial run.

Can we make it while getting dressed in our wedding garb, running from the swingers social on Del Mar to the church on Green, in under 15 minutes and have our parents NOT suspect we were boinking our brains out just minutes before?

I dunno honey, maybe we need to leave a few minutes earlier from the swingers social?

When the best man said he'd arranged for them to get to the church by Shank's pony, they thought he'd ordered a horse and carriage.

They're putting together a video to honor the old standard, "Get Me To The Church On Time"!

The bride is actually the real "Runaway Bride"... she's run away from so many weddings in the past that the groom hired two bodyguards to escort her to the church. The two girls behind her are there to follow her into the restroom if she professes to need to go before the ceremony...

Zsa Zsa hoped that her fifth marriage would be more successful than her four previous ones...but the signs were not encouraging.

Hi Petrea, just stumbled upon your Zen thing.

Daddy said he'd give me $20,000 in cold hard cash if we eloped!

Some might call those signs of portent...or not....

I don't know. Again, I got nothing.

Ha! It might well be the wrong church.

I had seen these folks getting their picture taken on the veranda at the Church of Christ Scientist which is kitty-corner to this spot. Then they crossed the street, perhaps to get their picture taken at another picturesque Pasadena church. The one pictured is the First United Methodist Church on Colorado at Oakland. We're looking at it from the back, at Oakland and Green. It's an impressive building. I need to get more photos of it.

Hello to Drummond! Thanks for stopping by. Hello to all of you, your comments make my Mondays.

Bride - I should have never let the bridesmaids choose something special that they would wear again.

Is that the image of "Christ The Redeemer" on the trunk of that tree? Beautiful photo. Shadows and bright sunlight. Do people still get married?

Jeans and t-shirts, eh Roberta?

This is a question I can't answer for you, Steven. It works for some of us.
