Zen Monday: #179

Even holiday Mondays are Zen Mondays. That's the day you tell me what the photo's about instead of the other way around.

The man whose life we celebrate today wasn't famous for his sense of humor, but he's said to have had one.

I knew Kareeen's chimney was bad, I didn't realise the garage was such a disaster that they had to put up cones!

There you go. It's a challenge to do the Zen Monday thing with a subject so revered as doctor King. But we're up to it.

I'd prefer to see this picture carved into a mountain top.

was gonna leave the poor Dr alone---but I do think it's great he is telling us where to go!

So what was around that corner, Petrea? Did you sneak a look?
Or perhaps he was just saying "I have a dream … that someone's gonna clean this place one day."

Yes! We can be Zen Monday and still be respectful.

I did sneak a look, Dive. Perhaps I'll show you a picture of it tomorrow.

A little guidance can be helpful, especially when found in unusual places.

Rev. King would say, "We have work to do. Let's start with this garage. The longest journey starts with the first step."

I've heard it said that you can't make jokes about Abraham Lincoln, JFK and Martin Luther King, and that's true. But I thought folks could come up with interesting things to say, and folks did. Thank you!

Today's comments prompted tomorrow's post, so thank you!
