Zen Monday: #139

On Zen Monday, we experience the photo and share what we've learned in the comments.

Well, I don't. Monday's your turn.

(Your first Zen Monday? Tell us what the photo makes you think of or how it makes you feel. Say whatever comes to mind. There's no right or wrong, no secret, no prize. Just have fun.)

  1. At a moment my computer monitor is covered with stickers all over round the screen. Looks like yellow flower. Means I have to remember and to do so much things. I love to put out these petals, one by one, when job done.

  3. I hear of geniuses filling their windows with info. Mine, sadly, only have dirt on them.

  4. I thought everyone left post-it notes on the window for the birds to read.

  5. When I used Windows, I had to resort to sticky notes, too, just to recall all the commands. Now I have an iPad, so my notes stay in the drawer … but the panes in my office are dotted with fingerprints.

  7. These are notes for the cleaner reminding her to clean the window. Each week she ignores the notes, a new one goes up. I'm glad we can't read them as they're getting more and more explicit.

  9. Johnny always came to sit at that window, in the red chair with that small spray of fake flowers, hoping Silly Sally would go out with him. Unfortunately, Silly Sally wasn't the brightest girl on the earth. Every week she'd post a note to Johnny on the window to go the hell away, she'd been married 5 years already. She just never understood that the notes weren't facing Johnny. So there he sat and there she stewed!

  10. Note: paint red chair blue
    Note: replace shutters
    Note: get more post-it notes

  11. I guess that's one way to keep things organized. Maybe the notes are arranged as a story board for a novel or play...
    Love the red chair.

  15. Long after the train station had been converted into an office building, the ghost of the young bride still came every year to greet the train on which her husband never arrived.

  16. Wow, Cliff, that's a story. It has all the parts. If it were a Chevy, you could drive it to church.

  17. I never know which photos are going to trigger what. I love this one.

Wish I didn't have to go to bed early. I hope you'll keep on going.
