Zen Monday: #64

Zen Monday is the day you experience the photo and give us your thoughts rather than me telling you what the photo's about. I look for something worth thinking about or, failing that, at least something odd.

As I post each new Zen Monday photo, I'll add a label to last week's to identify it if necessary (if I know what it is).

I used to walk by that on a pretty regular basis! I've always liked the juxtaposition of a political statement like "End War" and the construction site of luxury apartment buildings.

That's nothing but a welcome mat to me.

Look above to the beauty of the leafy trees towering over this mess.

Maybe we should write that on all END signs.

The Left turn only, goes well with END WAR... but then there is the brutal WARNING.
Whatever it means, it made me laugh!

It's clear as mud that the end is near.

As I chime in a bit late...ah, well, my Monday was less Zen then I would have chosen. See, J? Susan saw it. And as evidenced by the comments, there was more to see, including a welcome mat and the future offices of Conglomerate America.

I don't know if this is still there at the construction site on San Pasqual just east of Lake (by Ross). I took the shot a couple of months ago.
