Zen Monday: #47

Zen Monday is the day you experience the photo and give us your thoughts rather than me telling you what the photo's about.

As I post each new Zen Monday photo, I'll add a label to last week's to identify it if necessary (and if I know what it is).

The head that's no longer attached is now officially lost.

Makes a person kinda rethink the old saying... "I'd lose my head if it wasn't attached."

Hair and a spare.

"Mom THOUGHT I had the perfect pixie haircut and no makeup on when I left the house. Thankfully I ordered this 'Spare Head 2000' to fool her and so I can switch it out before I get to school. I'm SOOOOO cool!"

OMG! I really did almost lose my head that time. Mom's going to be so mad.

Hahahahahahaha! I have to say, I'm kind of amazed we got through this one with no dirty jokes. There's some very fine humor here, don't you think? Smart stuff. Dare I say brainy? Rimshots for everybody!

This reminds me of a song:

My analyst told me (what?)
that i was right out of my head.
but i said, dear doctor, (yeah?)
i think that it's you instead.
cause I
have got a thing
that's unique and new.
it proves that I'll have
the last laugh on you,
cause instead of one head (one head?)
I got two --
and you know two heads are better than one.

"When you lose your head, someone is bound to find it."

(I like 'which way' & '2nd thoughts')

I can hear her now, Ms. M. (it's Joni Mitchell, right?).

Me too, Tash. and "she liked him for his brains," and "ain't got nobody" and "mom's going to be so mad" and really, all of them. I thought it was an erudite batch.

I don't know why I have a policy of staying out of the way on Mondays. I guess it's because I don't want to influence the action. I wait until the evening to say anything. But I watch all day like a mad scientist watching eggs hatch.
