Zen Monday: #27

On Zen Monday you experience the photo and tell us what you think, rather than me telling you what the photo's about.
There's no right or wrong.
If the photo evokes something in you, that's all it is.

The winner of the next Hell's Kitchen be revealed who walks through these doors!

When the doors swing open we'll be greeted by brilliant sunshine and a California Christmas scene with palm trees with holiday lights and elves on skateboards and Santa headed off to the beach with a surfboard on top of his car.

Ah, I get it now. Heaven is a stainless steel, walk-in freezer!

Do not get in the great glowing elevator.

Or maybe, go ahead, if you're James Bond. After all, the green lights are on. Everything is going to be fiiiiine.

With all the light coming from the other side, this could be a kind of a flying saucer door from E.T. :-)
Great shot, whatever it is!

All I can think of are the great things to come...isn't it funny that we associate "good" with "light" and "bad" with "dark" -- so this photo definitely suggests that something good is on the other side of the doors. I wonder if there are any cultures that see light as dangerous and the dark as good...probably not, since we don't have infrared vision. Cool shot.

Doorway to heaven?

Or

The doorway to Santa's workshop!

We never walk through the same door twice.

It’s 6:55am, everything is ready. In five minutes the elves invade the kitchen, descend upon the freezer room and start cooking and baking for tonight's Christmas Party in downtown Pasadena!
Everyone is invited to share Joy and Food.

Oooh, everyone thought of something good. I'm glad. It looked scary to me, shows you where my mind is. Sunshine, stars and gifts, to all!

"Let ET out - he's gotta get home".
I don't know where that came from, but it's the 1st thing I thought of. ET came out in 1982 & the last time I saw it must of been 20 yrs ago.

In a dream, she was traveling down a long corridor. Toward doors, the golden doors, with blinding light bursting through the edges. Finally, she stood before them. Unusual sounds; she couldn't identify them. She held her breath, reached out, grasped the door handle, and --
Cheering, bright lights. "Congratulations!" said an announcer (rather like Bob Barker), "You are Queen for the Day!"
