    "Can O' Beans" in a handy aerosol. After one spritz, makes the paper curl from the walls.

    They put the name of their restaurant up there because they weren't permitted to run a food establishment in this part of Pasadena. Unfortunately, though the permit officer never spotted it, neither did any customers.

    Moral: sometimes one can be too subtle.

    Since the phrase "can o' corn" was already taken it is only logical that "can o' beans" was next in the food chain line.

    wv: ariar...the "suthun" pronunciation of arear, as in "I'm in ariar of payin my trademark fees to Mister Earl for all these letters I'm usin", including FU and sod off. ;-)

    Borrowing the idea of the christian fish, people convinced that global climate change is a threat to the ecosphere use the "Can O' Beans" symbol to recognize each other without exposing themselves to deniers, lest they be thrown to the oil company executives.

    For those who may not be aware, several comments today refer to an ongoing discussion locally about the Dervaes family and Urban Homesteading. Here's the latest article I've read about it. I can't seem to get enough of this weird story.
