Zen Monday: #127

It's Zen Monday, the day you experience the photo and give us your thoughts rather than me telling you what I think the photo's about.

I look for a photo worth contemplating or, failing that, something odd or silly. And I stay out of the comments box until the end of the day to avoid influencing the discussion, unless you people get totally out of control. I'm heartbroken that this never, ever happens.

There's no right or wrong, we're here to have fun.

  1. I'm thinking this was a smart thing to do during the Rose Parade. Last time I went, there weren't any!

  2. The German phrase :"Ordnung muss sein."
is a frase we sometimes use here in Norway too.
I have never heard about the company, but these big boxes looks like places to deliver glass, plastic, paper, clothes etc........ so I guess "Everything in it´s place" would have been the title if I should tell you what I see here. I might be completely wrong....??

  10. Poop!

In light of our recent economic woes, and the banks' involvement, I feel the pairing is appropriate.

  11. I was just thinking about these the other day. I took a picture of the lion fountain at the park next to the Green Castle and my picture ended up having all of these toilets in it. Pretty lion fountain on a backdrop of toilets!

  19. when lined up together, these utilitarian boxes are not only functional, but a centerpiece for a great photo.

loudspeaker inside Wells Fargo: "attention patrons, the restrooms inside the building are reserved for our "i-have-five-7-digit-CDs-in-this-bank" customers only. those with the plebeian checking accounts and ARM mortgages, please use the external facilities, thank you."

  20. I've heard Bank of America is preparing, just in case, but I didn't think Wells Fargo was a target of Wikileaks.

  21. Oh brilliant, brilliant Zen Monday! Who would have thought toilet humor could be so highbrow? A few new followers joined up today and I'll bet it's due to the caliber of the comments.

Once again, thank you. I love Zen Mondays!
