Because
Because it's Wednesday. Because sometimes I want to be someone else somewhere else, and because I'm glad to be me right here and right now. Because there are adventures I will never have. And because I've had plenty.
It is a little Zen, Ted. I'm glad y'all like it. I'm kinda partial to it. The shot evoked that in me. Leave it to Dina to know what kind of bike it is! I hadn't noticed.

Laurie, what am I doing at those coffee shops? (Well--this week my column is due.) But most of the time I'm pounding out the current draft...and thank you for asking, you made my day.
Dina, I write a column for an actors' website called Nowcasting.com. It's a membership site, but usually my most recent column is available for 30 days. The next one will be published November 19th, then my final new column goes up 12/17. I'm moving on after four years, but they'll continue to reprint my stuff.
Because it's Wednesday.
