I've heard of Christopher N., Greg. I just checked out the website. He's got a nice blog, too. It's linked at the top. He seems to be a man who can envision the land as it was before us.

As for eating "the goodness of nature," I'd trust CN's opinion as I would trust yours about the cafes of the SGValley, Cafe. The opinion and stomach of one who's been there and done that are the best way to tell.
