Out of Towners: don't believe the weather you see on Rose Parade day! It's not that rosy picture you see hypnotizing you on your tube. Either we lucked out on Jan 1st in the weather dept, or it's an old camera trick by the tv networks. Y'all have the kinda weather we here yearn for. Your're so lucky where you live!
