Boz lets us go free on our own block Deb, but beyond that he has his rules.
Lulu, strangely he wasn't nearly as interested in the untidy pile as I was.

I suspect John scared the poop outta some kids and this was all that was left behind. I know Boz didn't do it, he was just checking his block to be sure everything was ok. Was ok until Dad went and messed it all up. What'd he do, show some scary movie to the 5 year olds?!?!
