Christmas isn't over 'til everyone takes down their lights. A stroll in the neighborhood last night told us that's not going to happen soon. I like the nostalgic glow, but I think it's lost on Boz.

He does appear to be asking you to hurry up and catch up...
Your husband is FUNNY! LOL.... Saw the title of your post and thought it was a pun....Remember the song: "I Love A Rainy Night'? by Eddie Rabbit? or am I dating myself?
That's where I got it, KBF. I'm referring to the fact that I had to mess with this photo so much to make it work. Took it in the dark with the iPhone.
I think Boz is getting used to me pointing the camera at him but he still doesn't know why I do it. Why don't I sniff and pee like he does? Monkeys are odd, to say the least.
Saw 5 dogs wearing Santa hats on Chrustmas Day, slightly disturbing if truth be told! Charming night shot with a Dickensian feel to it Mr Boz. A belated Merry Christmas to you and yours.
Looks like Boz doesn't want to "walk down that long, lonesome road" by himself, even with the holiday glow. :-) This photo would make a good book cover....
For some reason, that I sure don't understand, I saw this and thought of Frank Sinatra's version of "One for My Baby". Mercer, Arlen and Boz - all making comments on the lateness of the night and the need to go home.

"Close it up, monkey!"
It looks very welcoming, Petrea {and hard to imagine it's cold there}. Night night, Boz.
Looks like Boz has other things on his mind.

Ah, that's better. It's been a Boz-free Christmas until today. Thank you for giving his monkey fans our regular fix, Petrea.
You're welcome, Dive. Sorry for the wait. I wanted to get a Christmasy picture of him and he wouldn't wear the Santa hat.

Hope you all had a very Merry Christmas!!! (I know Boz did!)
I love seeing that familiar Pasadena lamp post lighting the way for dear Boz.
It's fitting that a picture of Boz has a Dickensian feel, Deb! Thank you.
We did, Chieftess. I don't know if Boz knows the difference, but he did, too.
I should do a post on the lamps, Lauren. This is one of the newer ones, as you know. I like the old ones, too.
I love a grainy Boz.
When you've been in the modeling biz as long as Boz, flashing your assets is second nature.
That's a beautiful set of pins he's got. Look at those slender ankles.
I'd best not tell him any of this. He's already making demands.
It's Pasadena--no one takes their lights down until after New Year's!

Positively Victorian--
lights come down on the Epiphany--
chez nous
No lights for us this year. We do feel bad about that.
I need to write a book to go with this cover, or maybe sell it to someone who has a Christmas dog story.
really? then it's Christmas all year round in my neighborhood

All he needs is a fedora.
