Zen Monday: #172

Zen Monday's the day you experience the photo and give us your thoughts rather than me telling you what I think the picture's about. There's no competition, no right or wrong. We're here to have fun.

I look for something worth contemplating or, failing that, something odd or silly. Or all of the above, if I'm lucky.

  2. Spectacular as a license plate! If they ever turn it into a button, though, I'm not wearing one...

  3. The obvious is that the car is 'dated' or was used for 'dating' purposes? lol... if only that car could talk..

  10. That car dates me. Reminds me of my first car, a white 1965 Ford Galaxy 500 with 75,000 miles on it. I even gave it a name "Sherman" as in Sherman Tank. I miss that car. Now I'm getting misty-eyed.

  11. Wearing too much chrome and carrying an "in your grille" attitude, Ford didn't realize he was, well, a little carbon dated.

  13. Dated: Well that could apply since I am.

  14. hahahahahaha

You guys are funny. I think the architecture in the background is a bit dated, too, but it doesn't show up well enough for you to tell.

I always like it when I find a car like this, and the license plate just took the cake.

  15. I was so in lust with the car, I just ignored the building. CalTech?

  16. No, this is one of the '60's uglies over at the Ambassador Campus. They surrounded gorgeous old mansions with (in my opinion) some of the ugliest architecture you will ever see. But you know that, I trust.

  17. I've actually dated in a car like that! My son would like to date in it now.
